Lion House Corn Bread
1 cup flour
1 cupt cornmeal
1 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons baking powder
4 eggs
½ c sour cream
1 can cream-style corn
2 tablespoons salad oil
¾ cup grated cheese
Sift dry ingredients together. Set aside.
Beat eggs until light. Add sour
cream, corn and salad oil Stir in dry
ingredients and beat well. Pour into a
well-greased 8x4 loaf pan or 8x8 square pan.
Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake
at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
